Cancellation and Refunds

No contract, no lock-in. You can stop whenever you like.

How to cancel

Send us a message at info@reviewsaathi.com, or reply to any email or WhatsApp message from us, and say you want to stop. You can also remove us as Manager on your Google page yourself at any time.

Monthly plan

• After you cancel, we stop at the end of the month you have paid for. You are not charged again.
• If we miss a review in your first month, that month is free. (See Terms for what counts as a missed review.)

Yearly plan

• The yearly price is Rs.34,999 plus GST.
• If you cancel during the year, write to us. We will refund each full month you have not used at the yearly rate: Rs.34,999 divided by 12, about Rs.2,917 a month, plus the GST on it.
• If we miss a review in your first month, we refund that month at the same rate.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the way you paid. They usually take 5 to 7 working days to show.

What happens to your data

You keep every reply and update we wrote. If you ask, we will delete your information (see Privacy).
