ReviewSaathiPrivacy Policy

ReviewSaathi is a service of Autonova Solutions, Mumbai, India. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We use plain words on purpose.
What we collect
- From you: your business name, the link to your Google page, your name, phone number and email, how you want replies to sound, what your business offers, and the name you type to give us permission.
- From Google, about your business: the public information on your Google page, such as your rating, your reviews, and whether they have replies. Reviews are public. We also look at public information about nearby businesses to make your monthly report.
- Payment details: when payments start, they will be handled by a payment provider. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
What we do not collect
- We never ask for your Google password. You may add us as a Manager on your Google page, and you can remove us at any time.
- We do not collect information about your customers, other than what they have already made public in their Google reviews.
Why we use it
- To write replies and page updates, and to email you when a review needs your OK.
- To make your monthly report.
- To contact you about your account, and to send you the bill.
Who helps us
We use a few other services to run ReviewSaathi. Each only gets what it needs to do its job:
- An AI service (Anthropic): reads a review and your reply preferences so it can draft a reply. A wording check (Jev, a service by TypeSafe) reads only the drafted reply and the review, to make sure the reply sounds natural.
- A data service (Outscraper): reads the public information on Google pages.
- Email (Gmail): sends you review approvals and reports.
- WhatsApp: we message you there about your account. We only use the number you give us.
- Your own device: the sign-up form keeps your answers on your phone or computer until you send it, so nothing is lost if the page reloads. They are removed once the form is sent.
- Hosting: our server runs in Europe with Hetzner, and this website is served by Cloudflare.
- A payment provider, when payments start.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Private details in reviews
For clinics and other health businesses, replies are written so they never mention a treatment, a condition, or that the person was a patient. They only thank the person or wish them well.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are a client, so the service works.
- After you stop: we delete your details, your reply settings and the replies and reports we made for you within 90 days.
- Bills and payment records: we keep these for as long as Indian tax law requires.
- Free sample reports for businesses that did not sign up: we delete them within 90 days.
If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, and we will tell you when it is done.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Stop the service at any time (see Cancellation and refunds).

Security
Our pages use HTTPS, our admin tools need a private key, and approval links in emails work only once for one review. No system is perfectly safe, so if we ever learn of a problem that affects you, we will tell you.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell active clients by email.
