Terms of Service

These terms are between you (the business owner or the person acting for the business) and Autonova Solutions, which runs ReviewSaathi. By sending the sign-up form, you agree to them.

What we do

• We write replies to reviews on your Google page, write updates for your page, and send you a monthly report. Monthly updates are sent to you first and go up only if you approve them.
• Each month we also point out what is missing on your public Google page, such as a website, opening hours, photos or a description. We only tell you. You make those changes yourself on your Google profile.
• Replies to 1 to 3 star reviews, and to reviews that look sensitive (for example a refund, a legal threat, safety, or a complaint about a person), are sent to you first. Nothing is posted until you tap Post.
• Posting to Google depends on access that Google gives us. Until Google approves that access, we prepare and hold replies and updates, and tell you when posting begins.

Your side

• You confirm that you own or are allowed to manage the business and its Google page, and that you may give us this permission.
• You stay the owner of your Google page. You can remove us as Manager at any time.
• If your profession has rules about advertising or what you may say in public, for example for doctors, dentists and other health professionals, you are responsible for following them. We write drafts and apply our safety checks, but you decide what is right for your profession. Tell us if there is anything we must never say.
• You will give us true information and tell us if it changes, for example a change in what you offer or a current offer.

What we will never do

• Buy, write or ask for fake reviews.
• Ask for your Google password.
• Argue with a customer, or promise a refund, discount or action on your behalf.
• Post anything you have said no to.

What we cannot promise

We cannot promise a higher rating, more reviews, more customers, or a higher place in Google results. Google decides those. We reply well, quickly and every time, and show you the numbers each month.

Replies are drafted with AI and checked, but a reply can still be imperfect. That is why you can tell us how you want replies to sound, and why sensitive ones wait for your OK.

Price and payment

• Standard is Rs.3,499 a month, or Rs.34,999 a year. Both are plus GST. The price is the same for every client.
• We will send a payment link or invoice. Nothing is charged on the sign-up form.
• If we miss a review in your first month on Standard, that month is free. On the yearly plan, we refund that month at the yearly rate (Rs.34,999 divided by 12). A review counts as missed if it was posted on your Google page after you joined, and by the end of your first month we had neither replied to it nor sent it to you for your OK. Reviews waiting for your OK, reviews you chose not to answer, and anything Google does not let us post do not count.

Stopping

You can stop at any time. See Cancellation and refunds. We may also stop the service if the terms are broken, for example if you ask for fake reviews, and we will tell you why.

Replies belong to you

The replies and updates we write for your page are yours. You may keep and use them after you stop.

Limits

We do our best to run the service well, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for any problem is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months. We are not responsible for changes Google makes to its rules or access.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Mumbai.
