How ReviewSaathi works, step by step

Last updated 22 October 2026 · By Autonova Solutions, Mumbai

You will fill in one short form, add ReviewSaathi as a Manager on your Google page, and tap Post on a few emails. You will not write the replies, share your Google password or learn new software.

What are the five steps?

You fill a short form, add ReviewSaathi as a Manager on your Google page, and ReviewSaathi writes replies and one monthly post. Unhappy and sensitive reviews wait for your email approval. Once a month you get a short report. You stay the owner of the page throughout.

  1. You fill a short form. It takes about 5 minutes. You paste the link to your Google page and give an email address where approvals will reach you.
  2. You add ReviewSaathi as a Manager. You stay the owner. Google's help page says "Managers, formerly known as “site managers,” have mostly the same access to the profile as owners." It adds: "The only exception is they can’t add or remove users or remove the profile." In plain words, a Manager can help run your page. A Manager cannot lock you out or delete the page. You can remove us any time.
  3. ReviewSaathi writes the replies and one post a month. Every review gets a reply, usually within a day. Once a month we write one post for your Google page, and you approve it first.
  4. Unhappy and sensitive reviews come to you first. A 1 to 3 star review goes to your email first. So does anything about a refund, a legal threat, safety, or a complaint about a person. Nothing is posted until you tap Post. Not sure what to say yourself? See how to reply to a bad Google review.
  5. A monthly report arrives. It shows how many reviews you gained, how you compare with shops nearby, and a short list of what to fix on your Google page.

Has Google approved ReviewSaathi yet?

Google has to approve ReviewSaathi's access before posting starts. We are waiting for that approval now, and we will tell you before anything begins on your page. Until then, nothing is posted for you. Please check the ReviewSaathi homepage for the current status.

What happens to each review?

A happy review gets a reply written and posted for you. A 1 to 3 star review, or a sensitive one, gets a drafted reply sent to your email. It waits until you tap Post. You can also choose to approve every reply, including the happy ones.

What happens to each review
ReviewWhat ReviewSaathi does
4 to 5 stars, happyReply written and posted for you. Or you can choose to approve every reply.
1 to 3 starsReply drafted and sent to your email. It waits for your Post tap.
Sensitive: refund, legal threat, safety, complaint about a personSame. The reply waits for your Post tap.

What do you need to do, and what do we never do?

You need to share your Google page link, add us as a Manager, give an email for approvals, and tap Post on unhappy-review replies and the monthly post. We never see your Google password or write fake reviews. We also never promise a higher Google rank.

What we need from you

What we never do

How much does ReviewSaathi cost?

Rs.3,499 a month plus GST, or Rs.34,999 a year plus GST (two months cheaper than paying monthly). There is no set-up fee, and it is one plan at the same price for every business. The monthly plan can stop any time. See the DIY comparison.

How do I stop?

Remove ReviewSaathi as a Manager from your Google page whenever you like, and our access ends. The monthly plan can stop any time too. You remain the owner of the page the whole time, so there is nothing to hand back and nothing to cancel with Google.

Before you start: three questions

Can I choose to approve every reply?

Yes. Happy reviews are answered for you by default, but you can choose to approve every reply before it goes public. Replies to 1 to 3 star reviews and sensitive reviews always wait for your Post tap.

Will ReviewSaathi ever see my Google password?

No. You add ReviewSaathi as a Manager from your own Google page, so the password stays with you. You can remove the Manager any time, and you remain the owner of the page.

Which language are the replies in?

Replies are written in English for now. If most of your reviews come in another language, please write to info@reviewsaathi.com before you start, and ask us what is possible for your business.
