What does the ReviewSaathi monthly report show?

The monthly report shows how many reviews you gained, how your business compares with shops nearby, and a short list of what to fix on your Google page: website, phone, opening hours, photos, description and whether it is verified. A monthly routine for your page is explained separately.

Do I need a verified Google page to get replies?
